As a French speaker, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Senior Specialist, you are responsible for managing the stock levels of ABI products at our customer’s warehouses. You will be taking care of 1 (or more) dedicated customer(s) and ensure the best service by preventing out of stocks and balance the stock levels according to the customer’s needs. You will also be in close contact with our commercial supply and inventory deployment team to align on the right strategy. It is a fast paced environment and in return, we will reward you with career development at Ab InBev.

The role:

  • Creating replenishment orders for the customer based on the current and future need
  • Book slots in the customer’s slot booking system for our replenishments
  • Respect internal deadlines for order processing
  • Active co-operation with other teams (Transport planning, Inventory Deployment, Commercial Supply)
  • Book slots in the customer’s slot booking system for our replenishments
  • Participation in weekly/monthly review calls with your customer and the commercial supply team concerned

Who we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain (logistics, warehousing or transport)
  • University degree or equal through experience
  • Customer oriented and pro-active
  • Eye for detail, reliable and punctual
  • Good time management to be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Fluent in English and French
